Going rock crawling with your 60 or 80 series Land Cruiser? Don't want to damage your lower rocker panels? Or you've already tried this and the body shop bill made your heart stop? Well, fear no more. 4+Plus Rock Sliders are here to provide a level of lower panel protection like nothing else. The main square tube that runs along the lower edge of the rocker panel is manufactured from 2-1/2" x .250" thick tubing. The side bump tubes are made from 2" diameter .120" wall round tubing. The grille between the outer round and inner square tube is 1/4" plate steel. Four (3 legs on catalytic converter side) reinforced 1/2" plate steel mounting legs on each side bolt to mounting brackets that are welded to the frame rails. Overkill? Well, that depends on how much you like the owner of your local body shop. Installation requires welding. Painted gloss black. Due to size, and weight must ship truck freight. 80 lbs per set.
