Take a close look at a Kaymar FJ Cruiser bumper and you will notice a simple feature that sets Kaymar apart from all the other bumpers on the market, it’s main section is curved to follow the rear body lines of the FJ Cruiser. All other FJC replacement bumpers are straight plates and channels welded together into angular shapes to fit the FJ Cruiser. Only the Kaymar tow bumper is curved to fit the contours of the FJ Cruiser. You will also notice the integrated LED tail light assemblies that make sure your rear signals are seen even when fully loaded for your off-road adventures. Built into our bumpers are solid steel spindles that support swing away tire and jerry can carriers on tapered roller bearings. An ingenious automatic latch holds the carriers open , even on steep angles until you release them. This allows you easy access to the gear in the rear of your FJC without having to hold the carriers open. The carrier main latches securely hold the arms in place over the roughest terrain, yet can be operated with one hand when opening or closing. All Kaymar FJ Cruiser Tow Bumpers feature an integrated, fully reinforced receiver hitch that is rated at 3,500kg (7,700lbs), 2,700 lbs. more than the FJ Cruiser is rated for towing! Two “D” ring mounting points for towing/recovery operations. Add a telescoping halogen camp light, and a hi-lift jack carrier and you have a bumper/towing/recovery/lighting system that no other bumper on the market even begins to come close to.

Main bumper sections are CNC laser cut from plate steel. All welds are full penetration wire welds that are surface ground then polished for a beautiful finish. Raw bumpers are chemically cleaned, zinc plated, then powder coated. LED tail and turn signal lights come standard in FJ Cruiser rear bumpers. All bumpers mount securely to frame rails at multiple points to evenly spread tow load onto frame. For all tire carriers, spare tire mount has built in locking tongue to help prevent theft. Jerry can carrier has an integrated security cable, so you can lock your can in place. Optional Hi-Lift jack holder and camp lights available separately for all tire carriers. The aluminum diamond plate top step allows easy access to roof racks. Bumpers are available with Dual Pivots for Tire Carrier, and/or Jerry Can Carrier. Optional pivot covers are available for those not wanting to add carriers at the time of purchase.
