ONLINE ORDERS:
(U.S.A. orders only)
After placing order, you will receive a copy of your order by email from our shopping
cart service only. It does not confirm that we have a copy of your order until
your credit card info has been verified and confirmed. Your order will
be rejected if the credit card information is
incorrect. Once we confirm the status of your credit card, a customer
and quote number will be sent to you by email including your order
within 24-48 hours (except for orders placed Friday after 5:00 p.m. and the
weekends including the holidays). If you do not receive a
confirmation email with quote and customer number
after 48 hours of placing the order, you
will need to email manafre@msn.com and notify us.

It is your
responsibility to make sure that all information is accurate. Man-A-Fre
is not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect items entered
in our online ordering system.

After placing order online with credit card,
you will need to fill out CREDIT CARD
AUTHORIZATION FORM. and fax to 805-578-8762.
International/Foreign Orders
If you are a customer outside the United
States, payment options are payment by WIRE
BANKING TRANSFER or WESTERN UNION. For direct wire transfers there
is a $40 fee for each transfer that will be included with the order
total. Once we process your order, we will email the total, including
freight, $40 wire transfer fee, and our banking information.
SHIPPING NOTICE:
All shipping costs are calculated
after the order is placed. The order is boxed and weighed for correct
shipping charges which are added only before the order ships. If you
require a shipping quote before you place an order, please email
sales@man-a-fre.com or call 805-578-8712.
At Man-A-Fre, all business is done F.O.B. our warehouse, which means the
customer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. Shipping
is a service we provide for your convenience, not a part of our
business. We give the customer several options for carriers, with the
exception of large orders which must be shipped "truck freight". It is
the customers responsibility to research freight times and costs for the
method they choose. Man-A-Fre will not change the customers chosen
shipping method unless the change is mandatory.
During check out, we give the customer the choice of requiring a
signature for their shipment. By authorizing us to send your package
without a signature, you release Man-A-Fre of all responsibility due to
a lost, stolen, or damaged package. Truck freight shipments and
international shipments will require a signature, regardless of the
customer selection.
Merchandise damaged during shipment is the sole responsibility of the
carrier, not Man-A-Fre. We will be happy to help you file claim for a
lost or damaged shipment, but Man-A-Fre will not be held responsible for
any costs associated with the claim. Typically only after a claim has
been granted by the carrier can Man-A-Fre ship a replacement item to the
customer. If there is obvious damage to a package or shipment please
note the issue with the delivering driver immediately, and have them
sign the freight bill noting the damage. If you were not home to receive
the package and damage has occurred, please contact the carrier
immediately, as most claims will be denied by the carrier if too much
time has passed.
RETURNS:
At Man-A-Fre we offer a 60 day return policy. Items returned within 30
days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned within 60 days
are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order, used, electronic,
custom built, and installed items may not be returned. All freight
charges associated with the order and return are the responsibility of
the customer. Man-A-Fre will cover the freight charges in the event of
an error on our part, but expedited shipping will not be granted.
All returns MUST be marked with a return authorization number, which can
be obtained by calling our customer service department at 805-578-8712.
Returns sent without an authorization number will not be opened or
processed. All sales are final after 60 days.
DISCLAIMER:
Man-A-Fre stands behind the products we sell and manufacture. However we
can not be responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or
failure of parts as a result of rugged off-road use or reckless highway
driving. Modification to your vehicle are done at your own risk and
Man-A-Fre does not accept liability or responsibility arising from
damage caused by installing parts or doing modifications. You should be
aware that certain modifications and installation of certain aftermarket
parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer
warrantee. Information supplied on this web site and in person should be
verified by the user and Man-A-Fre does not accept any responsibility
for erroneous information. Man-A-Fre will under no circumstances be
liable for any damages to the users of this site and/or their equipment
as a result of using information obtained from this web site.
Modification of your vehicle parts sold by Man-A-Fre may create
dangerous conditions which could cause serious bodily injury, and the
buyer hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such
modifications. All parts sold by Man-A-Fre are for off road use only and
are not legal for use on highway unless otherwise noted. Products
offered by Man-A-Fre may be illegal in your state due to emission laws.
It is the customers responsibility to check local and state
emission laws before ordering parts from Man-A-Fre.
