If you've been contemplating a Leaf Spring change on your 40/45 or 60 series Land Cruiser, and have looked at the Old Man Emu springs, but were put off by the price, we have some good news for you. Old Man Emu has just released their "DAKKAR" series of leaf springs. These springs have all the features, engineering, and quality of standard Old Man Emu leaf springs, but with a much more consumer friendly price. Built with the same methods, and exacting standards of quality as our regular Old Man Emu leaf springs, "DAKKAR" springs are manufactured in Malaysia where labor costs are considerably lower than in Australia or Canada. This difference in labor costs means that DAKKAR springs are more reasonable than any comparable alternative. DAKKAR leaf springs, still deliver the best ride quality in the business. We often get inquiries from customers that have purchased other suspension brands, mainly to save money, but also because they have been told, that the springs they are buying are "engineered", are "dual stage", have a specific shackle angle, and will ride and perform like Old Man Emu, but find out quickly after installing these springs, they fall far short of the promises. Their typical question is "how can I get these *** springs to ride like Old Man Emu?" The answer is quite simple.. you can't. These customers typically start out by changing to Old Man Emu shocks, and start saving to change the springs. Now there is no reason you cannot have Old Man Emu ride quality and features for a price better than those other suspensions brands.We will continue to offer Old Man Emu Australian made leaf springs for those that prefer these. All other Old Man Emu components continue to be manufactured in Australia. We will also start offering DAKKAR springs as an option in all of our related Old Man Emu full suspension kits . Leaf springs are sold each and do not include bushings. DAKKAR springs use same bushings, spring pins, shackles, and fitting kits as standard Old Man Emu leaf springs.

Once we confirm the status of your credit card, a customer and quote number will be sent to you by email including your order within 24-48 hours (except for orders placed Friday after 5:00 p.m. and the weekends including the holidays). If you do not receive a confirmation email with quote and customer number after 48 hours of placing the order, you will need to email manafre@msn.com  and notify us.

Payment by WIRE BANKING TRANSFER ONLY. For direct wire transfers there is a $30 fee for each transfer that will be included with the order total. Once we process your order, we will email the total, including freight, $30 wire transfer fee, and our banking information. You will need to respond whether you accept the total charges or not.
