These front Bull Bars offer much more than great looks, they are extremely functional protection equipment, and feature a unique mounting system that offers the maximum strength in all three directions, direct impact, side impact, and pull or shear from winching operations. This unique mounting system is designed to spread the load over both frame rails, creating the addition of an integral cross member on the chassis. Many competitors claim this mounting system to be "over engineered," and so strong you will bend the chassis in a major accident. Bull Bars are designed to be an integral part of your vehicle. This means that each bar is specifically engineered to fit the vehicle it is going on, and enhances its looks at the same time. All ARB Bull Bars feature upswept tapered wings to give the best possible approach angle, and ground clearance without sacrificing strength. All Winch Bars feature Roller Fairlead supports for additional strength for winching operations, and all bars, whether winch, or non-winch type have built-in reinforced tow points for strong, safe, easy attachment of shackles for recovery and winching.

One of the most obvious features that sets ARB Bull Bars apart from their competitors is quality. Quality of design, of material, quality of manufacture, and of finish. Pieces are laser cut, then carefully assembled in assembly jigs which are pre-checked on a master table prior to production. Then all are fully Mig welded for maximum strength. All tubing is mandrel bent for smooth distortion free bends. All products are steel shot blasted and then washed in hot phosphate to prevent rust. Bars are then electrostatically power coasted and cured in a 215 degrees Celcius oven.
