80 Series Rear Lower Control Arms

These USA made super Heavy Duty control arms are designed for 80 series Land Cruisers with 3” or more of lift. When you lift an 80 series all of the control arms swing down from their stock ride height position. As a consequence of this movement the wheels are moved slightly forward in the wheel opening in relation to the body and chassis. Our arms are *.375” longer than the stock arms to relocate the rear axle and wheels to the stock orientation before lifting. This helps alleviate the rear axle rotation and pinion angle change when lifting your 80, as well as enhancing the aesthetic look of your rig. Of course these arms are also dramatically stronger than the OEM units they replace and allow for easier, unrestricted articulation.
Our lower control arms are made from 1-5/8”, .250” wall DOM tubing, with a self-lubricating, stainless steel, Teflon lined spherical bearing at the chassis side with a radial static load rating of 82,200 lbs. Custom Stainless Steel misalignment bushings of course. At the axle end a custom polyurethane bushing set with sleeve to isolate vibration and road shock.
Powder coated texture black, and sold in pairs.
