The ultimate in shackles for
the ultimate off-road vehicle. Thick 3/8 inch triangulated side plates
for the ultimate in rigidity, and strength. Greasable pins feature a small
diameter grease hole that only extends a 1/4 inch from side plate to minimize
loss of structural integrity. Grease hole feeds a CNC machined gutter
that runs the length of the pin, so grease can flow entire length of unit.
After all machining, pins are hardened to Rockwell hardness 27, then tumbled
to a smooth finish. Anti-inversion stop pin prevents long travel suspensions
from locking shackle against frame rail, as well as adding structural
strength. Plates are gold cad plated. This is the strongest, highest quality
shackle available for your FJ40 or FJ60. Available in 3/4 inch, 1 inch,
2 inch and 3 inch extended lengths. Guaranteed for life.
