You can now rebuild the body of your 40 series & 45 series pickup with marine grade 5052 & 6061 aluminum body pieces, that will extend the life span of your cruiser for decades. From body tubs, to replacement front fenders, front bibs, drop down tailgates, front side panels, running boards, transmission covers, and 45 series pick up rear bed assemblies - Man-A-Fre has them all. Body tubs are made from 1/8 inches and 1/4 inches aluminum plating that is stronger, yet lighter than the original sheet metal body tub it replaces, as well as being infinitely more resistant to oxidation, and rotting. All pieces are manufactured for perfect fit, and alignment. Body tubs have holes for body mounts, fuel lines, fuel door, side markers, etc. pre-drilled. Pilot holes are drilled for re-installation of OEM roll bar if desired. Body tubs will accept OEM doors, top assembly, fuel tank, seats, jump seats, marker lights, roll bar, etc. All seams are fully mig-welded. Installation manuals provided. All aluminum pieces can be either painted or powder coated by using appropriate primers, and paint. All aluminum body pieces are smooth finish on the inside , and available with an outer finish of either smooth aluminum, or diamond plate surface.

This unit includes the window frame, cowl and firewall.
