Kit comes complete with all mounting hardware, license plate remounting bracket, w/light, auxillary tail lamps w/wiring harness, exhaust hanger relocating bracket, and spare tire lock plate. Unit pivots on tapered roller bearings, and features Kaymars' automatic hold open system, that allows you to swing open the carrier off angle, without having to worry about it closing on you, or your tail gate, until you release it.
