Safari Snorkel & Centrifugal Systems
Looking for the ultimate in air
filtration systems? Our Safari Snorkel Kit will allow your engine to
draw air in above the level where road dust and dirt normally hang
from vehicles in front of you. They are also a must for any type of
safe water crossing for obvious reasons. By pulling in air as high
as possible you also insure your engine the coolest air available.
Both the standard air ram, and the optional centrifugal pre-cleaner
are designed to shed moisture before it enters your intake system.
(Shown Below) Our optional Safari Centrifugal Pre-Cleaner removes
most dust and dirt before it gets to your air filter. FJ40 & FJ60
snorkels require air filter housing modifications to fit, to this
end we import non-USA Cyclonic Toyota air filter assemblies from
Australia that connect directly to Safari Snorkels. Fitting to FJ62,
and FJ80 requires no modifications to existing air cleaner
assemblies.
