1972-1979 FJ40 Long Range Replacement Fuel Tank

If you own an FJ40 built between 1968-1979, this Aussie made 28 gallon replacement fuel tank is ideal for increasing your driving range. This tank replaces the OEM under the passenger seat unit with a saddle tank that goes under both the driver and passenger seats, retaining the OEM fuel level sender, filler neck, hoses, etc. Combine this with a 22 gallon auxiliary tank, and get 50 gallons of fuel capacity! Tank is fully baffled, with threaded brass barbed hose fittings, mig wire welded, and includes mounting hardware. Modifications to seat mounts required on most models.

Customers installing tanks with aluminum or other aftermarket body tubs may need additional modifications to tub or tank.
